Move it fast. Release it by hand.
The logistics pack brings shipments, carriers, customs and cold chains to Nexus. AI screens every new carrier, reads the paperwork and watches temperatures. Customs holds and releases stay with a named person.
| Shipment | Customs | Temp. |
|---|---|---|
| CAL-88124 Chilled vaccines | Customs hold | 2–8 °C ok |
| CAL-88119 Steel coil | Cleared | — |
| CAL-88117 Frozen fish | Docs check | −18 °C ok |
Customs asked for an inspection after the entry declaration 1. The commercial invoice gives 412 cartons; the packing list gives 421 2.
A hold is released by a named person, never by the AI.
Fewer surprises at the quay. A person on every release.
Freight moves on paperwork, and paperwork is where things go wrong. The pack reads every document, compares it with the rest, and tells a person what does not match.
Carriers screened before the first load
Sanctions lists, licences, insurance and bank details are checked for every new carrier. Changes to bank details always go to a person.
Paperwork read, not retyped
Invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and certificates are read and compared. Mismatches are shown with the page they came from.
Cold chain without gaps
Reefer readings are watched from gate to gate. An excursion comes with the product's stability data and a person decides.
One record. A lens for each role.
Each role sees the shipment from its own side, from the same sealed record.
- Customs declarant
Declarations, holds, the documents behind them and what customs asked for.
- Carrier onboarding
New carriers, their checks and the findings that need a decision.
- Port operations
Berths, yard moves and which containers are cleared to leave.
- Quality lead
Temperature records, excursions and the stability data to judge them.
- Port security officer
Security checks, access and incidents at the port facility.
From booking to a sealed release.
Four steps, the same for every shipment. Follow one container step by step →
Arrive
Bookings, documents and sensor data arrive from carriers, customers and customs.
Check
The pack screens the carrier, reads every document and compares them.
Decide
A named person releases a hold, accepts an excursion or approves a carrier.
Seal
The decision, its reasons and the documents behind it are sealed.
The screens your teams use.

Every shipment, with what is holding it
Customs status and temperature for every container, and the reason for each hold in plain words.
| Shipment | Customs | Temperature |
|---|---|---|
| CAL-88124 Chilled vaccines | Customs hold | 2–8 °C ok |
| CAL-88119 Steel coil | Cleared | — |
| CAL-88117 Frozen fish | Docs check | −18 °C ok |

A hold is released by a named person, never by the AI.
Carriers checked before the first load
The pack runs every check and shows what needs a person. Bank detail changes always do.
| Check | Result | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Sanctions lists | No match | EU, UN lists |
| Operating licence | Valid to 2028 | Licence scan |
| Cargo insurance | Expires in 9 days | Certificate |
| Bank details | Changed last week | Onboarding form |
Two findings need a person. Bank detail changes are always checked by phone.
Excursions judged with the right data
An excursion comes with the stability data for that product and the cause, if it can be found.
- Set point
- 5 °C
- Allowed
- 2–8 °C
- Excursion
- 8.6 °C for 6 min
- When
- Berth 4, 03:12
Within the product's stability allowance 1. Power to the reefer was cut during a crane move 2.
The quality lead decides. Product is never released on the AI's word alone.
Rules you can see change
Hold rules live in version control. Each change shows who wrote which line, and needs two approvals.

Every release, with the reason it was safe.
When a hold is released or an excursion accepted, the pack seals the record with the documents behind it.
The hold, what customs asked for, the documents compared, the decision and who made it.
Customs, your customer or an auditor can check the seal with the open verifier.
When a claim comes in months later, the reason for the release is still there, unchanged.
Try a seal check yourself on the home page.
Customs and transport rules, mapped to the evidence.
The pack links each obligation to the documents and decisions that answer it.

What people ask about the logistics and ports pack.
Can the AI release a customs hold?
No. It explains the hold, gathers the documents and drafts the reply. A named declarant releases it.
Which documents can it read?
Invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates, photos and scans, in most European languages.
How are new carriers checked?
Against sanctions lists, licence and insurance records, and bank details. Bank detail changes always go to a person.
Does it work on ships and at remote depots?
Yes. Devices keep working with no link and bring their records home when a connection returns.
Can customers see the record?
Yes, if you choose. A customer can check a sealed release record without an account.
Does it replace our terminal or customs system?
No. It connects to the systems you have and does the reading, checking and drafting around them.
