HONESTAS. From the first call to a sealed claim decision.
HONESTAS is our insurance platform, built on Nexus. It reads the claim, the policy and every report, shows where each fact came from, and flags what looks wrong. A named person makes the decision, and the record of it is sealed.

Faster claims. Decisions you can defend.
Most of a claims handler's day goes on finding and reading. HONESTAS does the finding and reading, and leaves the judgement to people.

Every fact shows its source
Answers cite the policy wording, the adjuster's report and the photos, down to the page. Where two papers disagree, both are quoted.

Fraud signals that point, not punish
Links between claims, people and addresses are shown as signals with reasons. No claim is refused by a model.

A record a regulator can check
Who decided, on what evidence, under which rules. Sealed at the moment of decision and checkable without an account.
One pack. A lens for each role.
The same claim looks different to each person who touches it. Each lens shows what that role needs and hides what it should not see.
- Claims handler
The claim, the policy, every document and a drafted next step. Questions answered with sources.
- Claims lead
Claims waiting on a decision, decision rooms to chair, and the reasons behind each recommendation.
- Fraud investigator
Signals across claims: shared phones, addresses, repairers and bank accounts, on a graph and a map.
- Underwriter
What the claims are saying about a book of business, with the wording that caused it.
- Compliance and audit
Sealed records, the rules each one answers, and evidence packs for the supervisor.
Four steps. The same every time.
Every claim runs through the same path, so every claim leaves the same kind of record.
Take the first call
The customer calls, writes or uses the app. HONESTAS opens the claim, checks the policy and asks only for what is missing.
Gather the facts
Reports, photos, invoices and weather data are read and filed. Each fact keeps a link to where it came from.
Check and argue
Fraud signals and coverage questions are raised with reasons. For bigger calls, a decision room hears the case for and against.
Decide and seal
A named person decides. The decision, the evidence and the rules it answers are sealed together.
Built for the people who handle claims.
Real HONESTAS screens, with sample data from a fictional insurer.
Signals with reasons
A roofer on twelve claims in six days. HONESTAS shows the link, the reason it matters and the claims involved, and drafts an investigation. A person decides whether to open it.

Every claim on real terrain
After a storm, every claim, policy and repairer appears on the map with the storm's path. Spot clusters, plan visits and work offline in the field.

Where the papers disagree
Ask the adjuster's report, the survey and the photos one question. Each line of the answer links to its page. Disagreements are shown side by side, in each paper's own words.

The decision, with its proof
The decision passport bundles the sealed records behind a decision. Anyone with the link can check it has not changed since it was sealed.

Every decision, sealed with its evidence.
When a person decides a claim, HONESTAS seals the decision, the evidence it rests on and the rules it answers into one record. Nobody can change it quietly afterwards, including us.
- Who decided, in which role, and when
- The facts used, each with a link to its source
- Which AI helped, with what model and what it was allowed to read
- The rules the decision answers, by article
- The time stamp, witnessed outside Adverant

HONESTAS links each sealed record to the articles it helps answer, so the evidence is ready before anyone asks for it.

Fully offline
For captives and sensitive books that cannot connect.

In the field
Adjusters keep working after a storm, with no signal, and sync later.
Questions insurers ask.
Does the AI decide claims?
No. HONESTAS reads, files, checks and drafts. A named person decides every claim, and the record shows who it was.
Can it work with our policy and claims systems?
Yes. HONESTAS connects to your policy, claims and payment systems and reads from them. Your core systems stay the system of record for the policy.
How are fraud signals kept fair?
Signals carry their reasons and never refuse a claim on their own. Checks for unfair patterns run on every signal type, and you can see how often each one was right.
Which models does it use?
The models you approve, through the AI switchboard. That can be your own model on your own hardware or a hosted model in a region you allow.
Can a claimant see why we decided?
Yes. Each decision has a plain-language reason drawn from the sealed record, which you can share in your decision letter.
Does it cover underwriting too?
Yes. Underwriters see what claims say about a book of business, and placements with other firms run behind walls so each firm sees only its own share.
