The core of Nexus, open to everyone.
We are opening up the core of Nexus. Install it on one server or your laptop, connect your own models, build your ontology and put AI agents to work on your own data, with no licence fee and no account. When you need more, the same installation grows into the full platform without moving anything.

How to get started. Today, and when it opens.
You can register interest and explore the developer kit now. The rest follows as soon as the open core is released.
Register interest
Tell us what you want to build. We will let you know as soon as the open core is ready, and invite early builders first.
Try the developer kit
Read the guides and try the playground in your browser, with nothing to install.
Install on one server
A few commands on one server or a laptop, then the first administrator. No licence step.
Add your data
Point it at your documents and connect a model, local or hosted. The knowledge graph builds as files are read.
Ask and automate
Ask questions with sources, set up workflows and give AI agents their first jobs.
Build and grow
Build plugins with the developer kit. When you need more units, customers or governance, grow into the full platform in place.
The engines, not a cut-down demo.
The open core is the same foundation the full platform runs on. It is meant for builders, small teams and anyone who wants to see how Nexus works from the inside.
- The knowledge graph and ontology builder, with GraphRAG
- The file reader, opening every file safely
- The assistant, with sources and memory
- Workflows, schedules and the job runner
- The skills engine and AI buttons
- AI agents that check each other’s passports
- Honest review and a basic Sentinel, working offline
- Local models, or hosted ones if you choose
- Company sign-in
- The developer kit, open source

Start open. Grow without moving.
The full platform adds what larger organisations need: many units and customers, decision rooms and sealed records, Shield, payments and revenue operations, the AI workforce at scale, domain packs, compliance and support. The move is made in place, with nothing lost.
- Same data, same installation
- Many units and customers
- Governance, security and support for regulated work

About the open core.
When will it be available?
Soon. Register your interest and we will tell you as soon as it opens. Early builders will be invited first.
What will it cost?
The open core will be free to use. The full platform is licensed for organisations that need it.
Which licence will it use?
An open source licence for the core and the developer kit. Details will be published with the first release.
Can we build commercial products on it?
Yes, that is the point of the developer kit. Plugins you build on the open core also run on the full platform.
What hardware does it need?
One server or a capable laptop. A graphics card helps if you want to run models locally.
Go deeper
Be among the first to build on it.
Register your interest and tell us what you want to build. We will be in touch as soon as the open core opens.
