Decide together. Seal what was decided.
Big decisions are made in a room: the people who must sign, the evidence, the AI’s case for and against, and the ruling. When the room closes, its record is sealed with an outside timestamp, and anyone holding it can check it has not changed.

The right people in the room, every time.
Seat templates say who must be present for each kind of decision. Signing rules say who may rule and how a ruling is signed. A room cannot rule while a required seat is empty.
Seat templates
Set up the seats for a committee once, then every room of that kind starts with the right people.
- Roles, not names, so rooms survive staff changes
- Required and optional seats
- Quorum checked before a ruling

Signing rules
- Signing limits by role and amount
- Two signatures where it matters
- Every signature on the record

A record that proves itself.
Each sealed record takes its time from an outside source and is witnessed independently. Change one character and the check fails, even on an offline site.
- Outside timestamps and independent witnesses
- Works offline, with its own time source
- Reopened only with a reason, on the record

Anyone can check. No account needed.
A client, an auditor or a regulator can check a sealed record with the open verifier, without signing in and without trusting us.
- Open verifier, no account
- Shows exactly what was sealed and when
- Signing keys changed on a schedule, with witnesses

About decision rooms.
Is this only for insurance?
No. Decision rooms came from HONESTAS, our insurance platform, and work for any decision that needs signatures: credit, procurement, safety, hiring.
What does the AI do in a room?
It sets out the case for and against, with sources. People rule.
Where are sealed records kept?
Outside the platform’s ordinary stores, so nobody with access to the platform can quietly change them.
