A private space for every customer and unit.
Nexus runs on Kubernetes. Each customer, business unit and domain gets its own space, with its own keys, budgets and limits. Add the next unit without touching the last one.

Three layers of separation. Checked every day.
Separation is not a setting someone can forget. It is built into how Nexus runs, and isolation self-tests check it every day.

Customer
Each customer has its own space on the cluster, its own data stores and its own encryption keys. Nothing is shared by default.

Business unit
Units inside a customer get their own settings, budgets and limits. A unit can be stricter than the organisation, never looser.

Domain
Claims, credit or a mission each sit in their own domain, with their own knowledge model and their own people.
Turn a domain on for one unit, then the next.
A group can run motor claims in one country and commercial lines in another, each with its own team, rules and budget, on the same platform.
- Own keys
Each space can hold its own keys, in your key store if you prefer.
- Own budgets
AI use is counted and capped per unit, with a named owner for each budget.
- Own limits
Rate limits, plan limits and data rules set for each unit.

Add capacity before anyone waits.
Workloads scale up when queues grow and back down when they clear. Capacity planning looks ahead, so you can see next quarter's GPUs and storage before you need them.
- Scale on queue length, not guesswork
- Fair shares so one unit cannot crowd out another
- Cost and capacity forecast per unit

About scale and separation.
Do we need to run Kubernetes ourselves?
No. In our EU cloud we run it for you. If you want Nexus in your own data centre, it runs on your Kubernetes, or on servers we install for you.
Can two units share data?
Only if a rule says they may, and only the data the rule names. Shared spaces show a banner so people know who else can see them.
How is separation tested?
Isolation self-tests try to cross every boundary every day, and the results are kept as evidence for your auditors.
