Sharing and walls

Share with anyone you choose. Keep apart those who must be.

Sharing on Nexus points at the original instead of copying it, so people see only what the source allows, less anything a wall keeps out. Walls hold everywhere: in search, chat, mail, the knowledge graph and the assistant’s answers.

Other firms

Work with other firms without handing them your files.

Connect with a carrier, a broker or a client firm and decide what may come in and go out. You can even let them ask questions about their own shipments without seeing your files.

Connect with another firm

Ask to connect, have an administrator approve, and set what may cross in each direction.

  • Requests approved by a person
  • What may come in, set per firm
  • Disconnect cleanly when the contract ends

Walls

Walls that hold everywhere at once.

Keep two tender teams apart, or a deal team away from research. Test a wall quietly first to see what it would stop, then switch it on. Every blocked attempt is recorded.

  • Tested quietly before it is enforced
  • Holds in search, chat, mail and the AI
  • Blocked attempts recorded and reviewable

Questions

About sharing and walls.

Does sharing copy data?

No. Sharing points at the original, so withdrawing access takes effect everywhere at once.

Does the AI respect walls?

Yes. The assistant only answers from what the person asking may see, fact by fact.
