Runs with no connection. Drafts need a signature.
The defence pack runs on your own hardware, on ships, at forward sites and on drones, with no outside connection at all. AI reads the sources and drafts plans, reports and options. Nothing becomes an order until a person signs it.

A draft until a commander signs it. Nothing phones home.
Faster staff work. Command stays with people.
Staff spend hours pulling sources together for plans and reports. The pack reads and drafts on site, with every source cited, and leaves every decision to the people with the authority to make it.

Nothing phones home
Models, knowledge and updates arrive on signed media. The pack never needs, or tries, an outside connection.

Drafts need a signature
Plans, reports and messages drafted by AI are marked as drafts until a named person signs. Only then do they count.

AI that works at the edge
Drones, vessels and forward sites run their own models within limits you set, and sync when a link allows.
One pack. A lens for each role.
Commanders, staff officers, operators and security staff each see what their role and clearance allow.
- Commander
Plans and reports waiting for a signature, the sources behind them and the challenge raised.
- Staff officer
Taskings, sources and drafted plans, with every line linked to its source.
- Operator
The mission pack on each device, its limits and what it is waiting to be allowed to do.
- Legal adviser
Plans flagged for review, the rules they cite and space to record advice.
- Security officer
Who opened what, at which classification, and every refused request.
From tasking to a signed plan.
The same path for every task, connected or not, so every task leaves the same record.
Receive the tasking
Taskings arrive by signed message or signed media. The pack opens a plan and checks the signature.
Read the sources
Orders, notices, maps and reports held on site are read. Each fact keeps a link to its source and classification.
Draft and challenge
AI drafts a plan. A second AI, on a different model, argues against it and lists what could go wrong.
Sign and seal
A commander signs or sends it back. The plan, its sources and the signature are sealed on site.
Screens for staff and operators.
Sample screens with a fictional task group. Product screens show the Nexus core the pack runs on.
Drafts with their sources
Every line of a drafted plan links to the order, notice or report it came from. The draft is labelled as a draft until someone signs.

What each device carries
Mission packs bundle the models, knowledge, agents and rules for one kind of task. Each is signed and checked for the hardware it will run on.

What a device may do alone
For each device, you set what it may do alone, within limits, and what must wait for a person. Some limits are locked so the device cannot change them.

Sync when the link allows
Devices sync during booked contact windows. The pack knows what is waiting and sends the most important records first.

Every signature, sealed on site.
When a commander signs, the plan, the sources it rests on, the challenge raised and the signature are sealed together, on site, with no connection needed.
- Who signed, with which authority
- Each source with its classification
- What the AI drafted and what the commander changed
- The challenge raised and how it was answered
- A local time stamp, witnessed again when a link returns
Your inspectors and legal advisers can check the seal on site, offline. Try the seal check →

Signed plan · MP-2026-0412SampleBuilt around how defence is governed.
Defence work sits under national rules first. The pack keeps the records your inspectors, legal advisers and partners ask for, and maps them where EU rules apply.
- EU AI Act scopeRegulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 2(3)AI used only for military, defence or national-security purposes is outside the Act. Dual-use and civilian uses are not.
- Dual-use export controlRegulation (EU) 2021/821Controls on exporting dual-use items, software and technology, with the records to show it.
- Defence transfersDirective 2009/43/ECLicences for moving defence-related products between EU countries.
- Defence procurementDirective 2009/81/ECContracts in defence and security, including security of supply and information.
- Information securityISO/IEC 27001:2022A management system for keeping information safe, with evidence.
- AI managementISO/IEC 42001:2023Policies, roles and controls for AI in use.
Not legal advice. Certification and legal opinions stay between you and your advisers.
Seven modules. No connection required.
Every module runs on site on the same Nexus core. Open one to see what goes in, what comes out and who signs off.

Runs where the work is.
The defence pack runs fully offline by default. It can also run in your own secure data centre and on devices in the field.

Fully offline
No outside connection. Updates arrive on signed media.

Your secure data centre
On your own Kubernetes, in your own accredited site.

Deployable appliance
A rugged box for ships and forward sites.

On the device
Drones and vessels carry their own models and limits.
Questions defence teams ask.
Does it ever connect to Adverant?
No. The defence pack runs with no outside connection. Models, knowledge and updates arrive on signed media, and a tampered update is refused.
Can AI give orders?
No. Everything the AI produces is a draft until a person with the authority signs it. Devices act only within limits a commander set, and some actions always wait for a person.
Does the EU AI Act apply?
Not to AI used only for military, defence or national-security purposes. It does apply to dual-use and civilian uses, and the pack keeps the records either way.
Which models does it use?
Models you approve, running on your own hardware. Nothing is sent to a hosted model.
How is classified information handled?
Each fact keeps its classification. People and AI agents only see what their clearance allows, and every refused request is logged.
What happens when a device loses its link?
It keeps working within its limits and keeps its records. When a contact window opens, the most important records sync first and the seals are witnessed again.
