Using Adverant Nexus
These terms cover the website only. Use of Adverant Nexus, its domain packs, add-ons and support is governed by the agreement between Adverant and your organisation, including its order form, service description, data processing agreement and any service levels. If those documents and these terms disagree about Nexus, the agreement wins.

Using this site
You may browse, read, share links to and print pages for your own use. You must not:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or anyone's rights;
- try to get into parts of the site or our systems you are not allowed into, or test them for weaknesses outside our security reporting rules;
- send malware, overload the site, or interfere with how it works;
- copy the site at scale with automated tools, except for search engines following our robots rules;
- pretend to be Adverant, or suggest we endorse you when we do not.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site. We will try to keep it available but do not promise it will always be.
Our content
The text, illustrations, screens, film, software and the Adverant, Adverant Nexus and HONESTAS names and marks on this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. Quoting short passages with credit and a link is fine. For anything more, such as reusing images or the film, ask us first.
Screens on this site show sample organisations and sample data. Any resemblance to real organisations or people is not intended.
What you send us
When you send us a form or a message, you confirm the details are accurate and that you are allowed to share them. We handle them as the privacy notice describes. Please do not send confidential information through the site. If you share an idea or feedback, we may use it without owing you anything, but we will not name you without asking.
Information, not advice
The site explains what Nexus does and how it can help with rules such as the EU AI Act, DORA and the GDPR. That is general information, not legal, regulatory or professional advice, and it is not an offer to contract. Whether a platform meets a rule depends on how it is set up and used. Certification and legal judgement stay between you, your advisers and your auditor. Dates for rules are given as we understand them on the day the page was updated.

We link to other sites, such as official sources for regulations. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Our liability
We work to keep the site accurate and safe, but we provide it as it is, free of charge, without promises that it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using the site or relying on its content.

Law and courts
